What you Need

  • 1 1/2 lb of new potatoes (red or yellow skinned), cleaned, cut in half or quarters
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-2 teaspoons fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • pepper to taste

Make it

1 Preheat oven to 450°F. Place potatoes in a mixing bowl. Sprinkle on salt and pepper. Add olive oil, rosemary, and garlic. Toss until potatoes are well coated.
2 Spread potatoes out on a single layer of a baking pan. Roast for 40 minutes, or until potatoes are cooked through and browned. Serve immediately.
Yield: Serves 4-6.

Easy Stuffed Peppers



You Need

2-2/3 cups cooked brown rice
1 cup  sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup spaghetti sauce
1 cup  KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese, divided
4 green peppers, tops removed, seeded

Make It

HEAT oven to 400°F.
COMBINE rice, mushrooms, spaghetti sauce and 3/4 cup cheese.
STAND peppers in 2-qt. baking dish. Fill with rice mixture; cover.
BAKE 30 to 35 min. or until peppers are crisp-tender and filling is heated through. Top with remaining cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.
