French bread/goat cheese/sun-dried tomato spre ingredients
- 11 oz Pk Montrachet, or other soft
- -fresh goat cheese
- 2⁄3 c Walnuts, chopped
- 1⁄2 c Oil-pk sun-dried toms, drain
- -chop
- 4 t Fresh thyme, minced or
- 1 t Dried thyme, crumbled
- 1⁄4 c Sour cream
- Fresh thyme, minced
- Walnuts, chopped
- 2 French bread baguettes, slice
Cooking French bread/goat cheese/sun-dried tomato spre
1. Mixi cheese, walnuts, tomatoes and thyme.
2. Thin to spreadable consistency with sour cream.
3. Seasoni with generous amount of pepper.
4. Mound cheese in crock or bowl.
5. (can be prepared 2 days ahead.
6. Cover and chill.
7. Bring to room temperature before serving).
8. Sprinkle cheese with thyme and walnuts.
9. Serve with bread.
