Ingredients: |
• 2 portions Thai Rice (steamed).
• 1 fried Chicken (shredded).
• 1 Egg.
• 3 tbs Olive Oil.
• 2 cloves Garlic (minced).
• 2 hot Chili Peppers (finely sliced).
• 1 tbs Thai Red Curry Paste.
• 1 tbs Thai Soy Sauce.
• 2 tbs Thai Oyster Sauce.
• Pinch of Salt and Pepper.
• Finely sliced Scallion. |

How to make Thai Fried Rice: |
• | In low heat sauté the garlic and chili in oil.
|
• | Add the egg and then add the chicken while turning up the heat.
|
• | Add Thai red curry sauce, rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, pepper, and scallion, mix well.

• | Serve hot.
