Ingredients:
• 2 portions Thai Rice (steamed). • 1 fried Chicken (shredded). • 1 Egg. • 3 tbs Olive Oil. • 2 cloves Garlic (minced). • 2 hot Chili Peppers (finely sliced). • 1 tbs Thai Red Curry Paste. • 1 tbs Thai Soy Sauce. • 2 tbs Thai Oyster Sauce. • Pinch of Salt and Pepper. • Finely sliced Scallion.

How to make Thai Fried Rice:
In low heat sauté the garlic and chili in oil.
Add the egg and then add the chicken while turning up the heat.
Add Thai red curry sauce, rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, pepper, and scallion, mix well.
Serve hot.
