Oats Cake

Serving: 3 persons
Time: 60 minutes

All You Need:
Cake

½ cup peanut butter
1 can cream
1 tsp. al alali vanilla powder
½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
5 eggs
½ tsp. ground cardamom
½ tbsp. cinnamon

Peanuts (for decoration)
2 large cups al alali White Oats
1 ¼ tbsp. al alali baking powder
1 kiwi ( sliced for decoration)
1 strawberry (sliced for decoration)

Syrup
½ cup honey
¼ cup peanut butter smooth
Directions
Cake Preparation.

Directions
Cake Preparation * Pre-heat the oven.
* Mix well all ingredients in blender except al alali
White Oats and al alali baking powder.
* Add al alali white Oats and continue mixing. Add
al alali baking powder.
* Grease the pan with Olive Oil, And sprinkle flour.
* Pour the mixture in pan. Bake on low fire for approximately
½ hour.
* Remove the cake from oven. Set aside for 10 minutes. Flip
the cake into a plate.

Syrup Preparation
* Heat honey and peanut butter until boil. Set aside until cool.
* Pour the syrup on the cake.
* Decorate with peanuts, kiwi and strawberry.
